Whether you’re a brother or whether you’re guessing ten.

Date October 27, 2006

The remaining two unguessed lyrics from last week “now have answers”:http://www.thudfactor.com/wordpress/2006/10/20/guess-ten-two-weeks/, something I’m not very good at doing. “Fred”:http://www.unreality.net/weblog/fishes.html got two and “Karan”:http://www.flummel.com/ee got two; “M E-L”:http://www.triptronix.net/ishbadiddle, Rebel Squirrel, “Shaun”:http://upper-left.blogspot.com/, and “Jess”:http://wiw.org/~jess/ got one each. Shaun was smart enough to know the _original_ artist and not the eleventy-dozen acts that covered “Kick out the Jams.”

Again: here are ten lyrics; tell me the artist and the title of the song. Don’t use “the Google”:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ0BtSLD3sc.

Ow, sorry. No greyhound buses in “Pink Houses.” Also the wrong artist.

#3 is actually “Ramblin’ Man” by the Allman Brothers Band.

#4 is “A Poem on the Underground Wall” by Simon & Garfunkel

And I’m sure I’ve heard #10 before, but for the life of me I can’t think of what it is right now.
