HDMI? Bah!

I just received yet another collection of television shows on DVD, and suddenly I realize that the television I like enough to own is at least as old as I am, most of it even older:
- Monty Python’s Flying Circus
- Are You Being Served?
- Wild Wild West
- The Mary Tyler Moore Show
- Get Smart
- Star Trek
I do own some more modern shows — X-Files, Family Guy — but I think we’re looking at stuff at least thirty years old here.
