Holding Telecom companies accountable

Clinton could have done it. Obama could have done it. Chris Dodd did it:

The Senate was ready to absolve telecommunications companies of aiding this administration’s lawbreaking, but Dodd decided to stand up to the Republicans instead of negotiate our Constitution away. That makes him my kind of Presidential candidate. This is the kind of stand-out activity I’ve been waiting for to make my decision.

Any other Democrats want to step up to the plate?
