Pure Evil
July 26, 2005
OK, I probably shouldn’t do this, but I can’t help it. It’s just too funny. Over in the comments thread for the “John Roberts post”:http://www.thudfactor.com/textpattern/1184/john-roberts, Karen says the following:
bq. All I can say is thank God Kerry never got into office… Bush may be a little dumb but he definitely isn’t as deceiving as that guy was. He was pure evil.
“Pure Evil?” Really, Karen. Would you like some fries with that hyperbole?

Well she wasn’t the only one with that insight – millions of other voters agreeded with her!
As far as Judge John Roberts, he should be the next Supreme Court Judge without question. Your comment, “I don’t need to look at Robert’s record” shows the liberal mind – don’t consider any facts, don’t consider the good of the country – just slam him because he might represent the current administration.

I don’t know that millions of Americans “agreeded with her. “Pure Evil strikes me as about as extreme as you can get. I imagine a lot of Americans felt John Kerry would make a worse President than Bush—god only knows why—but Pure Evil? Come on.

It’s not like people leaning towards the Left have a chance to even come out looking good. The Democrats will try to do a good job of the “advise and consent” that they are supposed to do. The Republicans will try to speed it up as fast as they can so that they can make the Democrats look bad for being slow and doing their job right. Heaven forbid we actually know everything and be sure about this guy. I have nothing against Roberts but I do know that 64 people in the Senate still want to learn more. Therefore, there’s nothing wrong with taking a long time to figure out just who Roberts really is.

I was thrilled and amused to see you took my comments so to heart that you blogged on it :) I personally have no stand as far as politics, and think people take themselves too seriously when it comes to this subject. Hence this post… In any political situation, in regards to any politician, there will always be problems, lies, etc. as well as one side against another. While I take an interest in how politicians can potentially affect my life personally, I think it’s a waste to debate about it with others.

So, Karen, no strong feelings about “Pure Evil,” then? Just another flavor of Doritos, I suppose?

Too bad Karen isn’t taking an interest in how the current crop of traitorous Repugnicant scum are going to affect the life of her descendants. Or how evil, hypocritical, ruthless, and arrogant these people are.
It is indeed a waste to debate about it with people as idealogically blinded as Karen and JustaDittoMonkey. But it’s a little fun to call them on their lies and fellation of all things Repugnicant.

“Mom! Dad! It’s evil! Don’t touch it!”

John Kerry is evil!
You liberals don’t seem to want to remember the facts.
Remember when he exposed the identity of a CIA agent and the cover company that took over 20 years to establish?
What about when Kerry tortured those kids in Abu Ghrab?
Remember when Kerry lied to the American people about the justifications for war.
If it wasn’t for John Kerry’s lies we wouldn’t be in Iraq right now!
Look what he was trying to do to the pharmaceutical companies! That bastard wanted to offer discount drugs to Americans!
Pharmaceuticals have a good scam going and he was going to screw it up!
Kerry is evil. E-V-I-L I TELL YOU!
And I didn’t even mention how he injured himself three times in Vietnam knowing he was going to run for president later.
Talk about Manchurian Candidate.
