These abusive EULAs (End User Licensing Agreements) are spreading an oily film on just about everything.
Consider the Microsoft URGE EULA: Spyware + Warrantless [...]

An “article in Wired”:http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,70100-0.html clued me into the existence of “this searchable interface to Enron corporate email”:http://orange.sims.berkeley.edu/~atf/enron/enron.cgi. A few minutes searching pulls up some interesting stuff, like…er…”Enron’s email retention policy”:http://orange.sims.berkeley.edu/~atf/enron/enron.cgi?artid=232395.

AM may be right about the changing Apple culture, but it will take more than two or three years to reverse the impression of the last twenty and Apple is certainly not helping.
Among other things, he [...]

The “_Washington Post_ has this graphic”:http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/daily/graphics/cbsdocs_091804.html showing the suspicious differences between official documents and the CBS memos. Keven Drum calls it the “most devistating single indictment”:http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2004_09/004731.php he’s seen.
Too bad it contains so much wrong information.
*The superscript charge is repeated.* Office typewriters did commonly have the ability to create superscripts with special keys or type balls for “st,” [...]
