Ranking the hate sites

Forbes has an “interesting article”:http://www.forbes.com/2005/03/07/cx_cw_0308hate_print.html rating corporate “hate” sites — websites dedicated to poor customer experiences with various companies. But more than that: they went one step further and asked companies to respond. The responses were pretty telling.
