Unlike most efforts I’ve seen to discredit the book, Eric Rasmussen actually addresses the argument of the book itself rather than trying to discredit the book based on who paid for it, which I think is a much stronger argument.

Salon has a very interesting article today about the Human Shields in Iraq. Much better, actually, than the usual “what a bunch of stupid lefty nutbars.”
Which is not to say their conclusion isn’t exactly that.
