Yes, the insane packaging on most toys is the bane of a parent’s existence. In some cases, it takes half-hour if not longer just to get the toy OUT of the box and usable. Ugh. If Amazon can do something to change this, that would be awesome. Shouldn’t the anti-theft stuff be put only on the toys being sold in brick-and-morter stores rather than online stores?
In addition, all those twist ties are not something I want around a small child. They are easy to drop on the floor and the little person is much more likely to see them before all the big people. So, it’s something of a safety issue.
