I see a number of places (I am so slow) that the GOP will be running a political ad with this line:
bq. Some are now attacking the president for attacking the terrorists.
No. See, what Bush’s political foes are doing is attacking the President attacking [ health care | environment | constitutional rights | small-time despots with mythical weapons caches | anyone with dusky skin | political opponents ] while claiming the [ aforementioned choice ] is [ an evil mutant commie Terrorist | somehow related to evil-mutant-commie-Terrorism ] while Real Terrorism rebuilds in Afghanistan.
In other words, we are attacking the President for attacking _everything but_ terrorists.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Now, could you write some ads for the Dems? They need some freakin’ help… though I’m glad to hear MoveOn.org is organizing a counter-campaign.
I am genuinely terrified that this man will win re-election. Why do so many people believe his administration’s lies?!? Perhaps some people think the lies are comforting, like a warm blankie from childhood. However, the blankie is suffocating us all.
