Apparently something ridiculous like 60%+ of polled Medicare users said the changes would not be better than what they already have and only 16% said it would be better. And then Frist said something to the effect of, "Well, the beauty part is that this plan is optional." Oh, well, great for those 16% who think it will be better! Hooray!
