BuyMusic is not making me happy at the moment. I am “still missing my $0.99 track I ordered on the 22nd”:http://www.thudfactor.com/archives/002857.php#002857. I sent a note to Customer Service and was told I’d get a response in a day. I got a response thirty minutes later saying my trouble-ticket had been escalated. Since then I’ve heard zippo. Both email messages said:

bq. **Please do not reply to this email, this email address is a non-working mailbox.**

…but neither email message told me how to go about checking the current status of a trouble ticket or getting back in touch with TS if I’m concerned they’ve dropped my ball.

So either they’ve forgotten me or there are “lot* of people with escalated trouble-tickets. Don’t touch that dial! I’ll let you know how it turns out.
