Two Weblogs
I want to introduce two weblogs. They’ve been around for a little bit, but they’re only updated in fits and starts. So here’s hoping there are more fits and starts:
* “Bristol Country”:http://www.bristolcountry.com/ is my father’s weblog. It’s slated to be a regional Southwest Virginia/Northeast Tennessee news weblog for displaced Bristolians. You know, the kind of thing the “Bristol Herald Courier”:http://www.bristolnews.com/ used to do until they were bought out by a much larger publishing empire.
* “Life in the Third Layer”:http://www.thirdlayer.org/ is my mother’s weblog. She’s still feeling her way around — not so much the Internet thing (she has that down), more the “I have a weblog, what do I do with it” thing.
Drop by and give them both a holler if you get the chance.
