Who moved my scroll bar?!

OK, yes, ou can change the color of your scroll bar on your web page. Thank you very much. It’s only mildly confusing. I can live with it.
But apparently IE 6 also lets people move the scroll bar to the left side of the browser. Not cool. I found someone’s web page who did that and it took me forever to figure out that his page was loading correctly, it was just that the scroll bar was in a strange place. I’m not too easily thrown off by radical design, but my scroll bars have been on the right of my active window for eighteen years. I’m kinda used to it.

Wow, the left side? Weird. I knew about the color changing, but I didn’t know you could move it to the wrong side.
