Don’t get me wrong. I respect, admire, and agree with much of Amanda’s political writing. But her evangelistic-atheist rants? It’s like straw-man whack-a-mole (with a false-alternative hammer) over there. Her most recent, Why don’t grown-ups believe in Santa Claus, is surely a masterpiece of self-parody.
