Image gallery programs

So, I have a need for a PHP-based image gallery application for some work that’s not appropriate for Flickr. I used to use Gallery — in fact, “I still do”:http://images.thudfactor.com/gallery/ — but I don’t care for it much. What are the cool kidz using these days?
